Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY  Thank you for shopping with Pets Emporium Online. We want to be completely transparent about how we ship your orders so there are no surprises.  ---  WHERE WE SHIP We currently ship to all provinces within South Africa. Unfortunately we do not yet ship internationally. 

 SHIPPING TIMES All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery to South Africa typically takes 10–18 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.  Need it faster? We offer express DHL shipping (3–7 business days) at checkout for an additional fee.  Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs processing and courier schedules.

SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.

ORDER TRACKING Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey directly. 

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES Most orders arrive without any additional charges. On rare occasions, South African customs may apply import duties to international shipments. These fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with SA Revenue Service if you are concerned. 

 IF YOUR ORDER IS DELAYED If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, please contact us at PetsEmporiumOnline@gmail.com we will resolve it promptly.  We appreciate your patience and your support for our small South African business.
