RETURNS & REFUND POLICY Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right with your order, we will fix it.
RETURNS We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To start a return, contact us via email PetsEmporiumOnline@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
REFUNDS Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a full refund or free replacement — no return required. Simply send us a photo within 7 days of delivery.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened: pet feeding products, grooming products, and any items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank — processing times vary.
